Dear Sir I Have a purchase Whirlpool Genius 200 Ltr Refrigerator dated on 27/04/2011 in Uttam Sales in Jamshedpur. i have some problem in my Refrigerator in door point. i am complain in your call center and also your shop in uttam sales jamshedpur. both her said they are change the Refrigerator. i am lanch the complain in 9 days before but no action in your side. pls say what can i do...................... With due respect I am Goutam Chabri of Vill+PO - Kushberia, PS - Uluberia Dist - Howrah, Pin - 711316 inform you that I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator from Diamond Electronics, Bazarpara, Uluberia, Howrah on 07-03-12. Invoice No is 4114, Modle No. 13097 and Sl. No.[protected]. I faced some problems from this Refrigerator. I requisted Diamond Electronics to rectify the problem but they denied to rectify the problem.
I pray to yoy kindly look after the matter and solve my problem.

My Refrigerator becomes DEAD due to MANUFACTURING DEFECT after two months.
After making several complaints my Replacement becomes cleard and company says I will despatched your Refrigerator within 21 days.
But Now 56 days have been passed for this issue but still I have not Received New Refrigerator.
Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
