[Resolved]  Whirlpool Model 350 Ice Magic Ff — since 1 months fridge is not working in spite of so many complaint

sub:-irregularity&non attendance to my complaint since last ten days

dear sir,
this is bharati.b.parmar since i have purchase this productie refrigerator model no350 lites ice magic ff.i have been facing many problem with it which can be seen at your side and since last 10 to 15 days.i have been callin u ie mr ajy dubey and mr akram who say that the person will visit soon as my refrigerator is out of order and is not working even though i have a service contract upto 2010.is this the consumer have suffer just having a faith so that u do unfaithfulness may i have said that as a housewife how much have i have to suffer .if on instant this is not sought then this problem will b proceed to legal liligetion which pls b noted.as i have been giving frequent complain even on the validity of my contract though certain parts of the product is not been available u have discontinue the model which is not my fault which may b replace with the new one n take this old one n i m willin to may the difference amt to u my refrigerator model no is 350 lite ice magic ff was purchase on 4.11.2003 from the dealer name ie sumaria of rupees 21, 105 amt has been paid by cheques and pl note that my complaint first complaint no is 13606 and second complaint no is 621.
