Thanks because of my last complain company took action and repaired my machine.
But still machine has the same problem in it and its creating lots of notice sometimes.This problem is since I purchased this machine I did near to 50-70 complains in the company within last 18 months but they never agreed to change the product as product was defected from the first month. Company engineer who visit my home to repair the machine always say your product is too defective and it can be display piece of a store. As I called to customer care they said they don't have any terms and condition for replacement of the machine in black and white, but engineer will tell you the procedure. Engineer come to my home and say it can be replaced but you need to pay 70% of the amount of the new machine. For making his commission from the dealer he say dealer will replace this machine.
This machine is so defective and gone through complains. Company should replace my machine at free of cost. They not even bother of the feedback I always gives.
Please do the needful to so that company should replace my product as it is still under warranty.[protected]
