Whirlpool washing machine automatic — refusing to repair

Dear sir,
I purchased a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on[protected].It became non functional on 16-o8-2009. It was repaired by the company and again got defective on[protected]. This means the company did not repar it but did some temprory repair. I was forced to pay Rs. 4000/= towards the repair because by this time the warranty period had expired. But again the machine became non-functional on[protected]. They had assured that the machine will be under warrant for next six months. But now they are refusing io repair it.The purchase details are as the following:

Can anyone help me
I bought a Whirpool Washing machine 2 years back and its in warranty but I have done 100 complaint within this period of time. It got some problem again since 20 days company is refusing to have that part available and they are refusing to replace the machine. There is no such terms and condition mentioned in company documents.
Please help me
