[Resolved]  Whirlpool — AMC services

I have taken AMC -home protection plan from Whirlpool for my AC.
I have lodged a complaint on the 3rd May 2011.Today after 20 days , no action is taken by them.I spoke to thier call centre atleast 10 times.
What I should do now ?
