[Resolved] Whirlpool — worst customer service | |||
I am one of your unfortunate customer. who has been harassed by you call center people & service center technicians. It is being one week that my fridge is not working due to compressor malfunctioning. Till date I have got run around from you people I have spoken to aman, daman & mohit. When I asked them to give me in writing whatever they are confirming on phone they refused since as per the company policy they cannot give anything in writing. This is to inform that your people have forced me not to by any product from whirlpool in future & not only that but to ensure that even make others aware what they would be going through if they happen to by a whirlpool product. Now, please give me in writing how many more days I need to wait for getting my fridge fixed. Whirlpool — Worst customer service
Bought a new Wirlpool refrigerator in the month of december'08. Since from the date of installation there a major problem with the euipment. Complaint many times with Wirlpool and they are yet to replace my refrigerator door. No proper responce from Wirlpool. Seems Wirlpool is not in a position to manufacture even a single door. Such a poor company rewuires our help.
