[Resolved] Whirlpool Proton 330l Elite — Defective product and pathetic customer care service | |||
I have never thought of Whirlpool like company selling such defective products. I have purchased so hyped "PROTON " elite model from Great Eastern Electronics on 29th May, 2010. Right from day 1, the so called "6th Sense " does not work. Neither the sensor or manual controls work. I called up several times and one engineer visited my place but could not rectify the problem. I requested for replacement but they are saying that they will send some senior engineer to my place soon but still i am waiting and still no calls of sr . engineer ( I doubt) . The reason I took this one is to explore the benefits of "6th Sense" one but right from beginning it is in trouble. I logged a call in service center ( Complain no : KL[protected]) . Service engineer came to visit and said might be some problem with Sensor . He tried to replace one of that and still no results. He said might be some problem with Circuit board of the UI panel . I again informed the service center and they promised to send some senior engineer soon. But while I spent so much of my hard earned money for a product from world class company like whirlpool , I am really confused how such a defective one can be given to me. Whirlpool elite — product and customer care
We bought an washing machine on[protected]. first time there was problem in Board. immediately they came and repaired. second time there was problem in drum. they took more than one and half months to repair it. Third time, again problem in board. that time also they came and repaired. again fourth time there is problem in Board. We complained to ser. centre. They came and told that there is problem in Board and We willchange the board within one week. but there is no responsible from ser. centre. Within this period, more than three months it has not been working. We are very disappointed about yourproduct and service centre. First we put trust in your company product and bought this. during this guarantee period, we no need to spend money, but we have wait lot of time. After this guarantee perid over, what can we do? We are not vey rich to spend lot of money often. We are middle class family only. This type of problem may spoil your company's name. I'm very sorry to send this complaint. Please do somthing for us. Thank you.
