This is regarding problem we have been facing with
Product Model - Profession Sport 7.0 Kg
Serial Number INFI00802049
Date Since the product is in use - 27/05/2010 ( this is product replacement date, it got replaced in few months of actual purchase)
Front Loaded Washing Machine.
This product has gone wrong in last 2 years several times.
We are very dissatisfied with product quality, how is whirlpool making such a bad quality products. Is there and root cause analysis happening on our complaints and how many other people are facing these kind of problems.
Recently we have logged a complaint and complaint DL[protected] and this has not been addressed even in 5 days, because of non availability of part (Power Board).
Had organization service department done simple analytics over complaint data, they would have come to know the likelihood of this kind of part will be requested very often. How come supply chain of parts is so out of sync and hence adding to customer dissatisfaction.
I am working as senior person in large MNC and have reasonable influence, I am surely not going to recommend Whirlpool if this continues.
I spoke for 30 mins in Whirlpool call-center dated ( 15-Sep-2012, 11:00 AM), interaction person was so bad in his communication skill (Vansh Gulati), there was so much of background noise of people laughing and talking, I have to speak loudly to the representive to make him understand my message, which made me further disappointed. He was not able to understand what am i saying, he did not even propose that I will call you in 5 mins. He was not able to understand my father's points .
I think callcentre senior leads should bare minimum make sure that overall callcenter environment is professional.

i want to comment for service from whirlpool india ld.
i have done complaint before 65 days ago on 25th nov for problem in whirlpool washing machine, than after till today i am daily calling whirlpool executives, escalation departments for followups.
till today i did not get any call or response regarding my complaint,
so from my point of view please think before taking new washing machine from whirlpool.

This is to add to the list of suffered Whirlpool customers list.
I have been complaining about the pathetic quality of service provided by Whirlpool.
I had made a complain for my washing machine not working on 28-April-2013.
Complain no AH[protected].
The same was attended by an engineer & in 5 minutes of he leaving from my premises my machine started giving the same error.
Engineers name - Imran.
Location Vadodara
I called up the engineer within 5 mins & asked to check up as the error was coming up again.
He promised to be back by day end 7pm but failed to turn up. When called up on the other day & asked him to come he denied, when i threathened him that i shall file a complain in consumer forum he retialiated by stating that "Aap se jo ho sakta hai woh kar lena, Abbhi Mein aapko challenege karta hu ke aapka complain kaise solve hota hai".
Next day i called up the CC only to be on hold for 38 mins when asked for an higher authority to complain about Imran.
Pathetic quality of customer service executives & floor managers (kiran Kadu) pathetic way to address a customer by wrong name inspite of reading the same in the system.
Somehow i managed to get the number of some head from ahmedabad who looks after the service centers her name is vaishali & her number is [protected]. She is a nonchalant lady with ZERO customer service attitude.
Just planning to make an official complain in the consumer forum.

I purchased Whirlpool proton 3-door refrigerator in August 2010. I started experiencing cooling problems within a month. Several complaints were made to the Company, but problem could not be rectified despite several visits of their representatives. The refrigerator performs worst in humid weather.

I have a complaint pending with whirlpool since the month of May for my refrigerator.
The series of complaint numbers are as below:
Dated 18/06 – SR # DL[protected]
Dated 22/06 – SR # DL[protected]
Dated 02/07 – SR # DL[protected]
Initially the engineer not did recognize the problem and I landed up paying Rs. 2895 for gas complaint # SR # DL[protected]
When the problem was not solved they changed the compressor against complaint # SR # DL[protected]
The problem was still not recognized and it continued.
Now my complaint dated 02/07 – SR # Dl[protected] is lying pending with the service center as the company has stopped manufacturing the part.
The center says they have no solution to the problem after one month as they cannot get the part.
I would also like to say that the person from the center was extremely rude & non cooperative.
On speaking to the CC team I was asked to contact the branch as they have no solution to my problem.
The attitude of your staff is to get a customer harassed and feel happy.
Now I realize that your after sales services are very poor.
The part that is faulty is not available and the center has no alternative.
Would appreciate if you can take action against my problem and come to a solution.
