Our refrigerator is not working and we have made complains to whirpool customer call centre from last 18 days .Service engineers who are visting palce by cahnce states that the problem is not in our hands and we can not rectify the problem. It is now 18 days we are suffering on our job daily routine work as per waiting all day for your service engineers . We have also put a lumsum amount on landline calls and mobile bill . Service engineer states that sparee part is not availble at company .
