I purchased 230 Ltr freeze from purohit appliances, Anand, on 23/04/2004 with seven years protection plan warranty. Compressor of the freeze failed twice since the purchase till today within this four and half years. I worried for the quality of the compressor company provided. Why it is happen frequently? Is the Refrigerator given to me is faulty piece? Should the compressor warranty is now start from whenever they replaced ? From the service centre of Whirlpool, Anand compressor is replaced but for that they charge me Rs 700+225 on 25/03/2009, Even though Compressor is in warranty. Service engineer told us these are the charges for the Gas refilled that is in compressor. If compressor is in warranty why should I pay for the gas which are in the compressor? Kindly reply me on my mobile or E-mail. Is by doing this way warranty and quality of compressor are you not cheating the peoples and making the money from this type of the businees ? I hope you kindly revert back to me as early as possible.
Remark : As I have warranty of the whole compressor of seven years why should I pay for the anything that are come inside of the compressor ?
