[Resolved]  Whirlpool Refrigerator (310 Ice Berg) Model No. 9837 — COOLING PROBLEM

Dear Sir or Madam,

I bought WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR (310 ICE BERG) MODEL No. 9837 as on dated: 10/03/06 from M/s. Galaxy ( A Unit of S. R. Marketing) 47-10-7, Near Diamond Park, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam. But it is not working properly since from the date of purchase. We made complaint and one person came from whirlpool service centre, Vizag to see the problem and He is unable to rectify that problem and He is charged Rs. 280/- for service charges as without giving any receipt. So, please accept our complaint and do the needful in this regard. We are eagerly looking forward to hearing from you.
