I Mr. Zuber Patel, hereby want to draw your attention to the complaint lodged by me two months ago regarding the noise problem from the refrigerator. The complaint was lodged at WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA LTD., 11-ROYAL GARDEN 302 S V ROAD JOGESHWARI (W), MUMBAI 400102. The complaint dated 07/10/08 bearing Invoice No.1740 was taken into account by your technician named MR.AFZAL against the payment of Rs. 285/- who condemned the problem and reported to change the compressor which is under warranty of seven years stated in your broacher. But no action was taken in this regard.
I had to lodge the complaint again due to problem stated above at HEAD OFFICE
OBEROI GARDEN ESTATE 1071/1075 B-WING 1ST FLOOR CHANDIVALI ADJACENT TO CHANDIVALI STUDIO ANDHERI (E), MUMBAI. which was taken into consideration by the technician named MR SHAIKH Who reported that the machine is perfectly operative and is in a normal condition. He further stated that The Refrigerator can function even without Gas in it.
The noise problem is still there as it was before. Any damage in the refrigerator will held the company responsible.
Hence, kindly consider my complaint as soon as possible.

From the date of purchase in every 2 /3 months on e or other problem arises.
The service centre at Lucknow is hardly bothered to take care of customer / consumer.
After every complaints the suggestion from staff of service centre is to make payment .
If any body purchases Whirlpool products it means that he is throwing money.
