This is regarding sevicing of Whirlpool refrigerator.
Our fridge 220 ltr.is having cooling problem.So on 12/02/10 we launched a complaint to your call center[protected] from where I got the address of Quick Service Center,Thane(Tel no:[protected],[protected].After registring the complaint their service engineer Mr Jadhav.came to my home & after inspecting told us that the gas is finished & also compressor is not working properly.So we have to replace compressor.Also suggested to buy stabilizer & trolly .He made bill of Rs 4035/- I had immediately given him the cheque of same amount.He also ensured us that our problem will be solved within tomorrow i.e.saturday or Sunday.
But On sunday when i called him he told me that as compressor is not in stock he will come on Monday.
On monday my wife had taken a leave from her office ,But the technician had not came .When she called him he told that he will come up to 3 o'clock.But he never came upto 3.30.Again she called him he told her that compressor is not yet come & asked her to call to Quick Service centre's office..
Again I called to office ,there they told us that it is not sure to them also that 'when will be the compressor is going to reach at their centre.
Then I again called your call center & explained them our problem.They told us that they will ask Quick to treat our problem at hightest priority & told me not to call again.But notjing is happened & no one again called us.
But still our problem is not solved .
Now everyday i call Quick service center & they told us that today compressor is not in stock .Your complaint will be solved within 2 days.But this is going on repetatively.
Today I called them They told me that compressor will be coming on Monday.
We are so much in trouble & frusteted due to there such excuses.
We are suffering a lot.Please take some immediate action.

However after the repairs the fridge is giving a lot of problems. the top freezing compartment is producing excess cold and the LED lights are also not working regularly. Further the temperature varies on its own. We then called the authorized agent again on 24.09.09, but they have not been able to repair it. Thereafter i spoke to Mr S Bhatia, Regional Manager Whirlpool, Jaipur who advised me to speak to your call centre at[protected]. I spoke to them on 25.09.09 at 2.00pm and they told me that they will send another team but i have tp pay Rs 495/- for the visit and other charges as applicable. You will agree that it is not a correct business ethics by a renowned MNC like Whirlpool to charge a customer twice for the same repair.
I am sure you will do the needful and ensure that I am not charged again. Further I was surprised to learn from Mr Bhatia that M/s Monika Service Centre, Jhunjhunu is no longer an authorized repair centre for Whirlpool and that some other team will come to Pilani to repair my machine.
Please look into the matter and ensure corrective action at an early date.
