Whirlpool Refrigerator — Refrigerator not working
I bought the 6th Sense refrigerator from Whirlpool about a year back. Now I am facing probelms - insufficient cooling. Food and vegetables go stale. First the service team came and changed sensor and charged me. After 4 days the probelm repeated. I again complained and after multiple followups then came and said it was the gas problem. After multiple escalations, they came fo filling the gas. They replaced the gas and in less than 48 hrs the problem is repeating. In less than 2 weeks the team has come twice but problem is not resolved. I am at pains to go thru this - and for the flagship product the 6th sense. I would be grateful if people can tell me who in Whirlpool will be able to solve this problem.
Service has been pathethic and the Whirlpool team least responsive. 6th sense has turned out to be non-sence and nuisance now.
