[Resolved] Whirlpool — refrigerator complaint | |||
REFRIGERATOR I have purchased one Whirlpool 260 Ltr.(FUSION PREMIER TITANIUM) from M/s. Jolly Sales Corp. Lower Mall Patiala on 24/8/2012 wide Invoice No. 708, Chalan No. 575 Dt. 24/8/2012. My Customer ID/Demo no. is CH[protected]. During the last four month, I have lodged at least 4 to 5 complaints, regarding the working of auto-defrosting, different cooling levels . The service technician has repaired the thermostat and once replaced it. Again same problem arises and again complaint was lodged. A engineer from Service center, M/s. A.K Electro Service, Patiala, has visited and advised to replace the thermostat. He talked to his senior and assured us to change the thermostat with in 4/5-days. Under mentioned are the complaints with complaint numbers that I have lodged as far: 03-09-12 - CH[protected] 13-09-12 - CH[protected] 20-09-12 - CH[protected] 03-10-12 - CH[protected] 22-11-12 - CH[protected] After 10-Days, still I am facing the same problem. Today I have contacted all responsible as well as all senior executive persons, as they told me, but all in vain. I have contacted to Mr Manga Khan too , Kapil dev but no response is seen from any person.I don't know, who is really responsible person for my complaint? I am sorry to say that Whirlpool being such a renowned brand has the POOREST SERVICE. At this level I came to conclusion that my product is a DEFECTIVE and now I want to get it replaced as soon as possible Please, do the needful immediate.
