AWANTIKA TRIPATHI have never seen such worst service of any company like whirlpool.our fridge was not working properly so we lodged a complaint against it.our fridge250ICE Magic(complaint No TP[protected]) was taken away to the workshop on 22 may2012 n was told that it would return in 1 days and since 5 days have passed but we have not received it yet.we called customer care so many times and even talked to the senior officer but we have not recieved our fridge till.tooday we are facing various problems due to your poor service.all the perishable goods are spoiled.kindly look into the matter else otherwise i will go to the consumer court. Whirlpool /Refrigerator — Fridge not working /complaint not sorted for 2 weeks
DearSir ,I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on 18.01 2005 ,it has a warranty for 7 years on compressor and other products.
My complaint number is 6947 dated 13.09.10( Tanveer Rahaman/w/o Commander M H Rahaman)Indian Navy
residing in Hyderabad .
Model ..FF450 >Serial number G4032713.
I have been daily trying to speak to the Manger concerned Mr Mahesh .Extremely casual about the matter ,we have paid a whooping amount to buy a brand product and a top line Model and this is the kind of service we are given .
I request this matter be sorted and my fridge be rectified failing which I would take serious action ,I will certainly not face this loss. My phone [protected].Please act before it would be late .
