Service of this fridge is the worst. I have also the same fridge which I purchsed on 2006. it breaks down frequently. During the breakdown period its service support is extremely. They onlt made false commitment without any reasult. I want to dispose off this fridge as early as possible.

We own a refrigerator of whirlpool company, which stopped working this July. The independent service center "Comfort Kool" hired by whirlpool located near Vakola police station, changed three parts one after other but failed to repair the fridge. The company Whirpool says its not their concern because the fridge is not under warranty.
The service center head says, "we wont be able to repair it take back half amount of money of what is paid.
The fridge of Whirpool Company, Model ff-350 elite, is on the name of Kausar Javed she happens to be a handicap (deaf and mute lady).
Approximately RS. 5500 has been spent till date.

We own a FF-350, the fridge is giving constant problem, since the date of its purchase (5 year). Inumerous complaints have yielded no positive results. Kindly help us, if the problem goes un resolved, i am sorry to say our trust in the brand for entire life will be gone.

Yes I do support the complaint of Mr. Prem Gadhoke.
I too bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator(FF-350 ELITE) on 12 DEC 2004.Initially it was kept non-operative for 8 months in my new-flat. My refrigerator started giving problems after 6 months o[censored]se.The problem is that cooling stops in lower/upper chambers of refrigerator and sometimes the food/vegetables inside the lower chamber gets perished.
For this I had launched several complaints, and the service engineer from Whirlpool had changed the spare parts like modules at additional cost of Rs. 2850/- saying that the warranty is only for compressor, he also commented this is a frequently appearing problem in this model of Whirlpool, similar problem has been faced twice now this has become practice of recurring cost every year to for me to maintain my refrigerator.
I am not at all satisfied with the services of the company. I would like the company to take an immediate actions either to repair the refrigerator at no cost to our satisfaction or to give a replacement for the same.
Would appreciate the immediate action in this regard.
