[Resolved] Whirlpool Refrigerator — Parts missing | |||
We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator (Model : F 26 B Mastermind Classic) on 22 Mar 2010 from Shyam Traders. On un-packing the refrigerator we found that 3 parts (accessories) were missing, 1 butter tray, a similar tray from the freezer and one wire rack. We immediately told the delivery man about this but he told us to talk to the person from whom we had purchased the fridge and went away taking delivery charges. We immediately called the concerned person and told him everything but that person was unable to understand anything and told us that the model which we had purchased was not having these accessories and told us to again visit a nearby showroom and check the same model for accessories. We visited 3-4 showrooms and again checked everything and showed him the parts in the "Use and care guide". The person then asked us to give him a week's time but again nothing happened. We kept calling him and asked him for the missing parts and finally one day he gave us the address of a service centre and told us to buy the parts from there. We went to the service centre but there we were told that the parts were not available and now its very difficult to get those parts and told us that they would inform us as soon as the parts are available, It's been almost 8 days since then but there is neither any phone call nor we have got the missing parts. Everytime we ring them up and they ask us to give them some time. We don't know how much time they want and when would we be getting the missing parts. Please help.
