[Resolved] Whirlpool Refrigerator Service — Service Sucks | |||
I am having a very bad experience with the quality of service by Whirlpool. I purchased a refrigerator in the year 2006. But the cooling was ineffective. After making a call to the Customer Care, they sent a technician and he reported the problem as Gas Leak and that gas will have to be refilled. After 5 days a mobile van came in and he did his own investigation and mentioned that the Freezer needs to be replaced as it is leaking. It has been 5 days since and he has not turned up with the part. Yesterday he called mentioning that he will bring the part today and fix it. I took leave from office and he didn't turn up. Nor is he picking up the phone. I called the office and now they are saying the part didn't arrive. The whole experience makes you wonder if this is really a global brand. I guess a small mom and pop shop at your backyard provides a better service than these giants. Was this information helpful? | |||
