We have a Whirlpool refrigerator and it stopped cooling around 5 days back. We made a complaint and the engineer from the company came only after 4 days. Yesterday he said that a it is a problem of lekage of gas. So he changed that part and took from us hefty service charges.
Now, even after the repairs the problem is not solved and refrigirator is not cooling. Inspite of regular complaints the company officials are not giving a reasonable reply. We feel cheated as we paid the hugely overcharged money and still problem is not solved. Was this information helpful? |
