[Resolved] Whirlpool Sensation Neo — Timer not working

I have purchase one fully automatic sensation washining machine in Sharp Electronics, Hosur (# IDO[protected]A/17.02.08) Last 10 months the machine is working well. Right now the machine is not working. I callled to service people ( Suriyha Enterprise, Hosur, Ph:[protected], on 13.01.09 The Service engineer checked the machine. He report me The timer is not working and to be replased. ( Ref # Suriyha enterpricse, Hosur. Job Sheet8 / 13.01.09) Till Date (28.01.09, almost 15 days ) the parts is not replaced and machine is not serviced. Kindly arrange to service our washing machine at the earliest. Whirlpool Sensation neo — sold the defective piece

I have purchased washing machine on 3rd February 2008. The washing machine is not working at all from the date we have purchased it. I have requested company people and also sale india people to look in to the matter. but they are not looking into it. the piece is really defective one they have sold me on the name of home delivery.
