My fully automatic washing machine was making more noise, hence I called the service centre. A service engineer came and inspected the machine. He diagnosed the problem as wornout bearing which was making the noise. He suggested to send the machine to the service centre and confirmed the machine will be sent the next day. I sent the machine, and it took them 10 days to send it back after calling them n no. of times. Just understand the inconvineance without the machine. My washing machine is used daily. The machine that was sent, was not checked for its working. After the wash cycle, all the water drained from below the machine and not from the drain hose. The top cover containing the electric circuits was also exchanged unknowingly from some other machine, which they discovered when the other customer complained about his change of top cover on his machine. Upon contacting the service centre, the staff have not been responding for the last 4 days. I am out of the country and my wife is facing a serious problem with the service centre. These people are not doing anything, there is no responsible person who can attend to. Many a customers are facing bad experiances with this service centre. kindly complain this to some responsible authorities in Whirlpool. I am going through hell. Was this information helpful? |
