Whirlpool Split A / C — Call centre chennai refuses register request for AMC service

I have been fighting with this company to update the AMC date validity to 12/06/2012, as their record show -09/0-5/.2012 for the past 3 montgs
I am having their service cum money receipt as proof and sent the same to their HO and local office
Not updated.

Now call centre refuse to service as the date barred
