[Resolved] Whirlpool Split A / C — Not Working

Sir / Madam,

We have purchased Split A/C from Ashoka Trading Co Faridabad, on 27.02.10 wide Bill No. 6038. We got it installed in March & that too after repeated requests. Since installation the A/C is not working. We have given numerous requests but it all fell on deaf ears. Now we request the company to take some proper action against the dealer & get our A/C checked at the earliest. I request you to the needful.

Whirlpool Split A / C — Repair

Dear Sir,

We have lodged a complaint in the showroom of Neelkanth Electronics, Varanasi regarding our A/C which is not working properly on Tuseday. We have been comfirmed by the showrrom as well as we receive a phone call from their Delhi office that the srevise engineer will attend our complaint day after tomorrow i.e Thursday. But till date no one has attended our complaint.

Please look into it.
