[Resolved] Whirlpool Split Ac — New AC went on repair within warranty period - Very Poor Customer service | |||
It is not even 1 year that , I bought Whirlpool Split AC and its got malfunctioning before warranty period. I raised a complaint by calling customer care.and its in Pending Status for almost 1 week . I am frustrated and disappointed by the same and routine answer " We'll call you back in MAX 1 hr" finally( on 8th day) a service engineer comes and say that PC board got damaged and Remote is not working .I Need to replace those parts it seems. They analyze for about 2-3 days and say that this occurred due to Voltage fluctuations and Phase changes. They installed a stabilizer for this purpose of voltage fluctuations and now that is not working properly and finally AC got effected. Customers do not prefer a AC , which doesn't even fulfill the Basic Requirement. This is not What I expected from a Big Brand company like 'Whirlpool', Is this the way you completed 100 years , just by selling products and just not bothering about customers,after that. Currently, My warranty period is not expired and I got this problem. I would say, Please pick up your AC and return back my money (or) replace with a new AC set Was this information helpful? | |||
