Whirlpool Superwash A - 65s Wine Red — Replacement of damaged product | |||
I had registered a complaint for the Whirlpool washing machine on 1st May 2012,. It was purchased from "Great Eastern" (66, Syed Amir Ali Avenue,Kolkata-700 019, Beck Bagan) on 26th of April, VAT no. [protected] and delivered on 30th April. When the worker came to open the Product box, a defect was found in it, that is THE COVER WAS BROKEN , though it is a brand new product and I have paid the full amount of Rs. 8300/- for it. After a number of calls the Engineer came on 24th May. He noticed the defect and make a report. The defect code is [protected]. I have a photo copy of that report. He reported to the company and said that within one week I would get the defect free and fresh product. After 7 days when I called to the ISD, Mr. Chandan today, he said to wait for one week further because they don't do the replacement at the end of the month. I have fade up of calling them. The Territory Manager, Mr. Amit Das is a careless person and do not deserve the position. He always says, "wait for a week" but there is still no positive steps for the replacement has taken from them. I am much disappointed from the Whirlpool Customer Care Service.
