I am facing the probmlem since I had purchased the refregirator
continuously I have locked the complaint about my product to Customer
care,Engineer visit & doing nothing to resolve the problem & Customer
care was without asking/confirming to me closed complaints without
resolving it.
This time your Engineer Mr. Riaz suggested me to go for replacement
because problem is serious & cannot be determinised & had taken
writtern copy from me regarding complaint & replacement of product
