[Resolved] Whirlpool — Inappropriate After Sale service | |||
Hello, This is regard to the problems I am facing with My Whirlpool refrigerator. Its been more than 2 months i am facing Excess cooling problem with the refrigerator. Zafar,engineer, visited my place and changed the Thermostat (costing rs.700) and within two days of observation it was found that the problem still exists. Then After again doing the complaint it was found that the thermostat was defected and again it was replaced with new one. Still the problem was not resolved. And new engineer Sahil visited my place after doing many complaints in customer care and he did some research with the refrigerator. And broken the fridger. Customer care floor supervisor Amit Kaushik is not ready to listen anything on this and simply put the blaim on us. Then after lot of follow up Ravi visited the place and said that there is no Gas and after 5 days Atul the engineer visited the place and said that the fridge is broken/choked and needs to be replaced resulting that there is no cooling in refrigerator. now nobody is ready to entertain this problem.
