[Resolved]  Whirlpool Washing Machine - 650d — Not working of washine machine

Respected sir/madam,

we are purchase a whirlpool washing machine from M.A.Ethirajulu stores at chennai on 25th may 09. after purchising of two month we are opened the machine. but the machine was make noice and not rotating in load. so we try to call your service,but the line was always busy. so i gave complient at where we are purchased the machine.they gave of complient no:7761 on 5.09.09. after that executive visited,try to sove the problem, the executive told, you have one extra filter fix in the machine then only work the machine.so the executive asking Rs.1500 for extra filter.we said it's new machine,why we are pay for extra filter.the executive told,if you are give the money for extra filter,we solve the problem.again we raise the complient on12.11.09,no:20329.but no use.no one visited.so please solve the problem with free of cost.
