Whirlpool / Washing Mechine — Fault not rectified even after several repairs
i purchased a whirlpool washing mechince and right from the begining the mechine use to shever and create huge noise. it will start moving with hevay noise at the time of spinning and throw itslef from one corner to another wich is really scary . This was reported to service centere seveal times and the mechine was taken away for repair on those occacions.Finally they suggested to buy a stand that will cost 1500 plus rupees. After that the problem become worse. and when we reported this problem answer we got is this is the typical problem for all the washing meachines.
Could anybody help us to get this problem corrected or if this is a typical problem for this model can i get this replaced with another.
I have the video of the scary movements this monster makes, i am going to blog it all over if i am not going to get proper response.
