[Resolved] Whirlpool Washing Machine — Very poor service | |
Sir, My whirlpool sensation washing machine went out of order while on use on 11.09.08 and immediately I informed the service centre at Cochin and as per their suggestion, registered the complaint at the whirlpool complaint call centre at Chennai. The no.given was 3941. They have agreed to send the technician on 11th itself or on 13th positively. Nobody turned up and while enquiring everyday morning from 15th Sept onwards they agree to send the technician on that day and so far no one has attended. The same was the experience in the provious case also (Of course it goes wrong ocassionally). The service support by the company is very very poor except the lip service they do before purchasing. Whirlpool Washing Machine — Very Very Bad customer service
Who Whosoever It May Concern,I bought a whirlpool washing machine 1 year back and in the first month itself it started giving me problems, they replaced the printed circut board twice during the first month itself, one technician told me that the spare parts are not brand new one they are factory reconditioned old ones which they change during the warranty period it took me about 2 months to get a printed circut board replaced. The same thing has happened now also.
On August 30, 2009 I registered a complaint with the whirlpool customer care and my complaint number is 13932. The technician came and had a look after 2 days and told that the printed circuit has again gone, but till this date I have'nt got it replaced. I wonder why it is taking so much of time to get a spare part of a model which is currently in the market too. I even contacted the corporate office twice but it was of no use.
Those who read this document tell your friends not to buy any of the Whirlpool products.
