I bought a whirlpool Elite 6.5kg washing machine almost an year ago. Within this time I got replacement 3 times. Every time it is a new machine but after a couple of months, same problem will be surfaced - a very loud noice during spinning. According to service executive, it is due to some cracked bricks inside. They need to take the machine back and give a replacement piece. This Time ( third one) I got an improved model (Professional 6.5kg). When I run it for the first time, it made holes on my clothes. Second time it stopped taking detergent. Third time it stopped working with an eror on LED display ...dLE.
I lost confidence on this product because I think it is problem in the model not the individual fault. So I would like to claim the money back. If Whirlpool India is not ready to pay, I am ready to take them to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
Whirlpool India — Unreliable Product - Washing Machine
Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine. Worked till the warranty period. Compalints started just after waranty period. For repairing they want the AMC, otherwise, they want us to pay for change of parts.Are they service providers or CHEATERS???.
