Whirlpool — washing machine not repaired for more than a month | |||
I hv registered a complaint with whirlpool service centre on the 15th of oct 2012.the technician visited my place once & said that the maim board was not functioning.the part is supposed 2 b replaced free of cost bt the wk is pending for a month since the part 2 b replaced is still arriving in a vehicle for a month. it has bcom a daily ritual for me 2 call up d service centre & all i can hear fm them is "madam part aaj sham mein aayega aapka kaam kal ho jayega". I am fed up of hearing this for the past one month.my machine is under AMC till nxt yr.whirlpool after sales service is pathetic. they shd stop making machines & selling them. i bought dis peice of crap bout couple year ago ... now laden killed by america bt my refrigerator not repaird.. i never any thing from this company ... n also not recoment to any one who wants to buy anything frm this company .... Absolutely correct brother! never purchase whirpool product
absolutely pathetic service (May be pathetic is an understatement)
My situation exactly the same. I made the complaint on 10-Nov-12 in bangalore. The service engineer check th machine and said that the mother board is burnt and it has to be replaced.
Every day as a ritual I have to call the engineer only get the reply that part is going to come tomorrow.
Not sure when The part will come.

since my washing machine was not rpd for a month, i got fed up with d whirlpool company people & got it repaired fm outside on the 23rd of nov'12 which has cost me RS.1400/-.
after i hv done all dis the branch manager calls me up & asks me whether i got my machine rprd fm outside & i say yes. then he gives me an assurance saying he will somehow try & replace the pcb of my washing machine. then finally on the 30th i get a call from whirlpool technician fr d first time in a month (cuz all these days only i hv been ringin dem up) & says mam aapka pcb aa gaya hai, shall i cm 2 install it & tk away d pcb dat i rprd & which is working now.
now i hv given dem a wkng pcb which otherwise they wd hv had 2 repair. i hv spent 1400/- & i want them 2 pay me this amt. otherwise i want my AMC money back.

Whirlpool Washing Machine — not repaired
my washing machine had problem it was not draining after washing so i complaint to whirlpool my complaint no is MB[protected] their man came took Rs285 saying one part is to be repaired than he returened after two days whith repaired part but still it was not working than he rang to his boss who said it will cost Rs3000 to repair PCB i checked in customer care where they said it costs Rs2000 and my complaint was again registered no is MB[protected] than again company people came took my machines old PCB after two days they are saying now it costs Rs4885 to the pair the part.Initially my machine had problem in draining only but due to their negligence it is not at all working .I feel ther people are not well trained and they have further damaged it . It was attended by SKY ENTERPRISES Miraroad.Now they are not even responding to our phone call .
