Whirlpool Washing Machine — Washing machine is not replaced
After 2 or 3 days i got a call from WHIRLPOOL office that, the machine which i purchased from the dealer that model production is closed so i won't get the replacement, i have 2 options that which he told me :-1. Either cancel the replacement and get it repaired on my own or from the dealer from which i had purchased, Or take a new machine of another model of the
same company.
2. Or can place a request to cancel the order and get the money back from whirlpool office the amount which i have purchase the machine, and it will take
approximately 15 - 25 days for the same.
After this i went to dealer requesting him to look into the case and help me as i have purchased the machine from him.
they straight forward told me to consult the whirlpool for any issue, there is nothing they can do.
and then continuous calls for the next few (2 or 3 days) they told me that i have an option to buy a machine of any upgraded model of the same company and pay the amount which is required for the new model.
They are treating me like that i am requesting them or they are doing this as a favor to me without taking any money from me.
This is the whole thing, i am in a problem please help me about the same as after spending 11500 rupees and 250 rupees for the loading of machine from dealers shop to my home they are treating me like this.
"HELP REQUIRED URGENTLY AS THE DAYS ARE PASSING I CANT GET ANY BENEFIT IF TOO MANY DAYS ARE PASSED."
