[Resolved] Whirlpool Washing Machine Splash — Not working since purchased | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I, Sumit Mehrotra (Phone Number: +91 [protected]; address: B5-202, L&T, South City, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore-560076) had purchased a Whirlpool Washing Machine (Splash) on 16th Dec 2007 from VGP Ltd, Bannerghatta Road Bangalore branch. But it never worked. The engineer Mr Kashif from Whirlpool Service Centre installed the machine. When we told him that we are unable to use the machine, he visited again and told that its water sensor was not working and that the machine needs to be replaced. His supervisor Dennis also checked it and told the same & advised it would be replaced latest by 3rd Jan 2008. But till date nothing has done. Kindly help urgently. I have a Splash Whirlpool washing machine. The Dust cover is worn out. I want a new one. Pl. direct me to the dealers in New Delhi/Delhi.
