[Resolved] Whirlpool Washing Machine — Delay in service | |||
Hi I have registered a complaint to Whirlpool on 29th July (Friday) for my front loading washing was not working. The technician visited on Sunday after making a follow up - on his arrival he quickly did a check and said that the front panel is faulty and he would need to go back and get the part before he can correct the machine. Since then we have been calling custeomer care and all we get is the following response: - Sir we will send an urgent follow up and some one will get back to you. But ofcourse no one calls. - I have so far made atleast 10 calls to customer care with the same answer and no work done - After a few calls and heated exchange of words they gave me the number of agency "Quik Service" and on calling them they said part is pending and we will call back no one ofcourse called back - Now after 15 days they are still not sure if the part will come and if they will ever correct my machine All I want to highlight here is that we have not had a good experience with Whirlpool service and will not recommend anyone to buy these products from Whirlpool. Hopefully on reading this (if they do) whirlpool will do better than what they done so far to correct my machine. Thanks Vikram [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
