I have taken AMC for my Whirlpool WM 1-2-3 650 D from “Three Sixty Degree Marketing Support Pvt. Ltd ( An authorized whirlpool service partner) on 28 -8-13 for Rs 2605/- package with bill no 5339 and Home care plan : HP06, 417673(The chq no is SBI 307846 dated 28-8-13). The agent name is Mr. Suresh. The money has been debited from my account immediately.
On 9-9-13 Washing machine was not working and the complaint was given to Wirlpool customer care. The SR number is [protected]. Mr.Anil, technician attended the complaint and said the power panel got failed and the same need to be replaced. He said he would enquire about the AMC of “Three Sixty Degree Marketing Support Pvt. Ltd to replace the part.
Since then almost more than one month has been surpassed, and making more than a half a dozen calls to service center, the problem has not been rectified and saying that AMC has not been updated so far and the complaint has been closed abruptly.
This is clearly subjecting to customer dissatisfaction and gross negligence from the Whirlpool company service pool.
I request service manager to look into the matter and attend immediately.
