My washing machine sensation is not working since 1 month.
i was told that the drum was spoiled and had to replace. I am
under contract with Whirlpool. They charged me Rs.4900/- to repair which I have paid and have the receipt for the same.
My machine yet does not work and Whirlpool is of no help as the after sales service is one of the worst I have every experienced.
I have been promised a replacememt by the contractors of Whirlpool M/s INDICO ENGINEERS Tel: 2421 4440 who I have paid Rs.4900/- already for the repair which was never repaired.
I was then asked to contact Mr. Sai of the replacement dept. His contact no.67774528 and mobile no.:[protected] which he never answers and when he answered he said he would do the needful today. I have been following up but no help from WHIRLPOOL at all.
I have also contact the customer care Ms. Chitralee and she is the only one who has really made efforts to help.
Please help as it is the month of June and I have school going kids.

Whirlpool Washing Machine — replacement of a part
20 days ago my newly purchased machine stopped working. When the service engineered saw he told that a black L shaped pipe has been cut by rats.The part is not available at bilaspur[ where i stay] it would comne from raipur. and may take 2-3 days.To day is the 15 day of complaint and my work has not been done. the service man has no sense of talking he very rudely told me 3-4 times that this rat cut does not come under any warrenty. I must pay for that. But i can pay only if i get the job done.On asking why this is taking so long he told me " you send a courrier yourself and see". what a polite answer? is this the after sale service that a company like whirlpool provides?I have been given some more numbers to talk but no results.then a part for a semi automatic machine was sent where as my machine is fully automatic.what a waste of time? Please take a quick action and dont give me any more references. I REPENT I BOUGHT A WQHIRLPOOL PRODUCT>
Whirlpool Washing Machine — Replacement of washing machine!!!!
Sir,I've purchased Whirlpool washing machine (Sensation 6.5 Kgs) on 21/10/2007 and it has got 2 years warranty on it. And recently, i.e, 1/08/2009 it stopped working due to bearing problem. Then I've sent it to sevicing center for rectification. Ther is no responce for a longtime. Recently, they have come up with replacement of new machine (of lower version 5.5 Kgs) with depreciation of 20% (i.e, Rs. 5000/-)
Please kindly guide me in this regard.

This is Tamil selvan from Puducherry. I have bought Whirlpool Washing Machine, Model No: F20 Top loaded fully automatic machinemodel in India. They said a lot about this machine, and It was going well, but only for 1year and then the machine get repaired. I registered a complaint, they told me that Board get problem and they charged Rs:3500/- for the Board and i made it repaired at my own expenses. After one year same problem again electronic board get same problem now i ask the techinical people why it get repaird year by year . he said to put stablizer for the machine it cost around Rs:1200/- he said . I am asking now . purchase this kind of machine we have to expenses year by year Rs: 8000/- as maintance charges
I am really tired and lost my patience. Some body take the action.purchased whirpool

We both are doctors and have brought the abovementioned washing machine almost 1.5 years back as we should be facilitated in our day to day work on being tied up in our hectic schedule. we regret to say that in spite of getting relief in our day to days works of washing cloths, every now and then we are calling your service department to repair the machine. the track record of the servicing, shall give the clear idea about the agony and suffering o[censored]s.
we appreciate your brand and service given by your of other gadgets of yours, but not happy with washing machine to us. we shall be highly obliged to you if you could change the unit given to us as it is giving trouble since beginning and we are fled up with the repeated repairing of the Machine. Kindly consider our request and do the needful.

Whirlpool Washing Machine — Machine replacement
Dear Sir,This is B. Keerthi Pavan from Hyderabad. On 13, August 2007, I have bought Whirlpool Washing Machine, Model No: Sensation Elite (Front load fully automatic, the highest model in India). They said a lot about this machine, and It was going well, but only for 3 months and then the machine started vibrating. I registered a complaint and after 3 months of time, they have responded. I was frustrated and tired and made it repaired at my own expenses. But again it was problematic and then the technical person came and told me the machine has a problem and will be replaced, and he went. The concerned replacement person is not at all responding.
I am really tired and lost my patience. Some body take the action.
