[Resolved] Whirlpool Washing Machine "whitemagic Pro 700 H" — No after sales service | |||
I am staying in Shillong. I bought a Whirlpool washing machine"Whitemagic Pro 700H" from Guwahati in Feb 2010. It stopped working sometime in the month of Oct 2010. Since then I have contacted everyone, right upto the office of their VP Sales, but all I have given is assurances, apologies or just plain another number to contact. This too while my machine is in Warranty period. Also I have come to know that mine is not an isolated case but almost everyone in North - East is facing the same problem, because this self proclaimed World leader in home appliances is unable to shift its warehouse at Guwahati since last two months and has not bothered to make any alternate arrangements for its suffering customers. Whirlpool machine PRO700H — Replacement of new machine
I have purchase washing machine 6 months ago. Within 6 months noise has started.After your mechanic rectify its with no span of time less than a week it starts vibrating and same problem again. If this is the problem within a year what will be later ? Please take the necessary action fast.
