I had purchased sixth sense front loading 6.5 kg capacity Whirlpol washing machine. As my washing maching was making too much noise i registered a complain : complain no hd[protected] on 19th August 2012. the so called service engineer(mr suresh) who came to check after 4 days could not find the fault and guided me that one new service engg will come to check that whether bearing problem or drum problem he is not aware. Since then i raised more than 4 times called informed higher person ( mr karthik) till now today its 30th august no action has been taken place ..
i advice you all don't buy this product
