[Resolved] Whirlpool Water Purifier — irresponsible customer service | |||
My name is Patric. I purchased a water purifier (Whirlpool) some eight months ago and its not working since the last Thursday (27/01/2011). I registered a complaint on the same day and the technician came to rectify the problem and said one of the filters has to be replaced and said he would come with the filter on Monday (31/01/2011), but as of today (03/02/2011) nobody has come nor called. It has become my routine that to call twice everyday to book the complaint, but in vain. Whenever I make a call, I am being made a fool by saying that the problem will be fixed today itself. I don't know actually to do what with the machine and I wonder how they can be so irresponsible towards the customers' complaints. Right now, I am spending 200 Rs for drinking water a day and I hope this complaint will open their eyes. NB: I had to wait for some 10 days when a similar problem occurred some 4 months ago and had to make innumerous calls and at last had to register the complaint in the customer court to solve the problem.
