THIS IS TO WRITE WITH UTTER DISSATISFACTION WITH REGARDS TO WHIRLPOOL COY'S ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
A YEAR BACK I VE PURCHASED A WATER PURIFIER(MODEL NO P 5200RS) OF WHIRLPOOL WHICH HAS STARTED SHOWING SIGNS OF BREAKING DOWN EVERY NOW AND THAN.
WORST IS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE WHICH ARE MORE BOTHERED ABOUT SELLING THIER PRODUCTS WITH ALL HOLLOW PROMISES BUT FORGET THEREAFTER.
I VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE FOR RECTIFYING PROBLEM IN WATER PURIFIER. EITHER NO ONE TURNS UP IN TIME, OR IF ANY SERVICE ENGINEER CUMS IS NOT WELL QUALIFIED TO TAKE UP THE PROBLEM.
IN LAST SERVICING AFTER LOT OF CALLS SERVICE ENGR WHO CAME CHANGED ALL THE FILTERS WHICH WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO CHANGE (NOT DUE FOR CHANGE) N UNNECESSARILY CHARGED US FOR THE SAME.
WE HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WHIRLPOOL COY. I WOULD RATE IT THE WORST IN SERVICE PROVIDING WITH NOT SO APEALING PRODUCTS. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOME ONE CAN HELP ME FIX THEM SO THAT THEY DONT DO IT WITH REST Was this information helpful? |
