Whirlpool — Whirlpool engineer did not repair stabilizer but asked to purchase new one. | |||
I had bought DX 1404 duromax stabiliser. It stopped working after 1year and warranty had expired by that time. When i spoke to whirlpool service engineer, he responded saying we dont provide service to accessories, and i need to purchase new one which will cost 1800/- and comes with 1yr warranty. This is really a worst way of handling the accessories by Whirlpool. They are sure device will work for one year so they giv warranty and after one year there is no service / repair done for that stabilizer. Instead they advice customers to purchase new stabiliser whenever its not working. This is really a STUPIDITY. The cost of new one is 1800/-. Whirlpool expects customers to purchase new one everytime the stabilizer is not working, which is like you pay 1800/- every year because you have taken whirlpool refrigirator. WORST RESPONSE by whirlpool service team. Service team blamed Whirlpool, saying its their policy/guidelines and they are following it. -Basanagouda - Worst handling by whirlpool -basanagouda Was this information helpful? | |||
