Dear Sir/Madam,
We have purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator on Dec 26 2008, after few months we faced a problem of excess cooling with the refrigerator, there have been many complaints reported to Whirlpool Service Center (WPS). Repairs were undertaken with the replacement of mechanical parts like in the first instance there was a replacement of Biometer after few days we consistentjy faced the same problem and again there has been another repair held with a replacement of Thermostarter, still the problem was not resolved and since then there has been regular complaints to WPS where an executive by name Praveen with the complaint # 455 said the product will be replaced if the problem this time is not resolved. But....an engineer attends the problem and repair temporarily. Still....its the same and to the latest complaint on Oct 8 2009 complaint # 04265 none from the WPS has attended to the problem till date, regular reminders were given to the WPS with the same complaint # where they were saying that an engineer would soon attend the problem. Therefore its clearly evident that WHIRLPOOL is intentionally delaying this issue for the lapse of the Guarantee period. Henceforth looking forward for your action against Whirlpool.
