[Resolved]  Wings Radio Cabs — No on time service

I had booked a cab on 11 May 2013 at 3.45 p.m to Lakshmi Road, Pune from Vishal nagar, wakad, pune. I had received a confirmation sms stating RPN 2144197, but didn't receive any driver name or number till 4.30 p.m. Even after continuous call from 4 p.m to wings radio cab ( which was not attended), I have not got any confirmation about the cab. At 4.45 p.m my call was answered by wings radio cab telling that there is a delay in arrival of my cab ( which they didnt inform on their own). Then I received the driver's name and number.

This diver has not called me yet.. Wings radio cab is irresponsible radio cab service. I wish they rectify these things immediately, as this is a major concern for many people here in pune.
