I am harassed, not by Tata indicom, but by u, r Customer Care Staff here in baddi (Himachal pradesh), harassment Started, when I had Submitted an Application Dated[protected] to tata indicom customer care office to stop my number because i had to Shift my accommodation from baddi to panchkula (Haryana).Haryana is roaming area for me. I paid all
my pending bill on the same date. Customer care staff told me, that one of Tata indicom, s marketing Executive will visit My Ranted House with in 48 Hrs, but no body was there in coming two weeks & Connection was not stopped.I Don, t know what was the fun.I Had already paid advance to my new landlord there in Panchkula.I Second time go to customer care office & Talk to customer care Executive, He Second time assure me that all formalities will be Done Within 48 Hrs. In the meantime my first landlord told me that you have to Vecate the house or He will charge for next month also. my Connection is Disconnected within 48 hrs, but no markiting executive is there to collect the phone set till date. I have paid Double House Rent (Baddi & panchkula), the inconvenience that I face till date. I request
higher management to take some immediate action regarding the problem that i faced and warn customer care staff about how to take care of their customer and tata's values in the market

I have purchased a wipro desktop system in march08 in association with powerzone AMARARAJA BATTERY LTD as we are retail patner of powerzone, since the system landed at our placethere is problem in softwere and hardwere and informed to the company, there service engineer is visiting, also system was taken remotly by the customercare persons but problem was not yet solved, no body is listning to it so I request
higher management to take some immediate action regarding the problem or return my system if they could not rectify it.it is ruining wipru reputation
