I bought a Laptop from WIPRO in Feb, 09 and is got complaint in that in April. I called up many time but did not get the response which is positive. First call i made on April 20, 09 and till now my Laptop is repaired yet. They are sending a guy named Deepak who dont have the Hardware knowledge for the replacement of Motherboard and he damaged the the TFT Screen and than afre a very long time they sent the TFT Screen after calling many times but again there is some problem yet and ther are not responding.

Mr. Vijay Chandraker id looking this case but not responding at all and after complaining about that guy (Deepak) he again send the same guy for the repair.

My laptom is completely damaged and now i want the replacement as it was opened many times even the body of the Laptop is completely damaged.

So kidly do the needful my work is completely stop due to this.

I have seen many if these F... auto walas... first of all they wont go by meter... then will ask for 10 rs extra sir ... like an ... at 5, 6 or even at 8 in the night... so many i times i reject n start moving... then they themselves call us back... ok fine... we think chalo chalte hain...N many a time.. many many many a times... automatically ... the meter comes to be 10 rs extra only when we reach our destination... i always say to them very politely... that this shud be the actual rent acc to correct meter... but these ... F, , ... people... start shouting. like bangalore salo ke baap ka ho... man karta hai. salo ... ko pakad pakad ke pituu... bc...

While contact your local kanpur branch the concerned person refuded to issue such
certificate. So I request you please issue me no dues certificate and oblige us.

Dear Sir,
I travel daily from new Delhi to Sonipat throw HNK(Hajrat nijamudin to kurukchheter )at
06:30 PM.there is only one RPF Jawan comes in the train and sit on the ladies sit(does't stand on the door)
on 23th Aprial evening 07:00PM the Hulamby Kaila people started throwing stone on moving train, but there is no action till now, It may be dangers in Future if don't teke action.
RPF Jawan allow to treval knowen guy in ladies compartment, and they do fun and abuse comment with ladies, thay have community and start beating if any guy by-mistake comes to that compartment and RPF Jawan sport them
SO my request is only that the RPF do there job honestly and don't allow to travel guy in ladies compartmernt .

My PF no is DL /18221 /685. I live in chennai. I have submitted PF settlement form to my provious employer located in Delhi to get the PF amount in such a way to credit in to my Citibank Suvidha account.
To my surprise, I got a letter from Delhi PF office, stating as "My amount was already transferred to RPFC Mumbai of Rs.13368. Still I could not understand why my amount is transferred to Mumbai PF office rather to get credited to my Savings account.
I am chasing the concerned but could not succeed. I do not know what to do to get the PF amount
Could the concerned look in to this at the earliest

My telephone line(#[protected] was cut and my telephone got dead on 03/04/2009.

I launched complaint regarding this through docket booking system of BSNL on 04/04/2009 at 10:20 am(docket number is 299) and contacted the BSNL office(Bangalore-Yeshwanthpur division) regarding this matter and I was told that it must be rectified by 2pm (i.e., by afternoon), by line man Mr. RAMANNA, and I was asked to contact him. When I contacted Mr. RAMANNA he carelessly tells that he was on leave, even though he was on duty that day, which I got to know when I go back and tell this at BSNL office. They call him again and tell him to take the docket 299 and rectify the problem by afternoon ASAP. I was told again that every thing will be fine by 2pm.

I was waiting for Mr. RAMANNA at my residence and he never came. After waiting for long time at around 5 pm, when I call to BSNL office again, I was told that I DINT INFORM THEM ABOUT THIS INCIDENT BEFORE AND I WAS TELLING THEM LATE AND NOW LINEMAN HAS GONE HOME AS ITS LATE, AND IT WAS MY MISTAKE IT SEAMS. And till now this issue is not rectified.

This is very careless act by reputed organization like BSNL, Even though I have been paying telephone bill regularly, up to date I have to bare this, I don’t have telephone connection still. So kindly help me in this regard

Hi Team my PF Transfer application was submitted along with all the enclosers and form 3A to PF office at Rajaram mohan roy road Bangalore-25 on 4-Sep-08, By my Previous Company Oracle India Private Ltd After which i dint get any communication regarding the same, Hence when i tried contacting PF Office in Bangalore on the following numbers 22214961, 22216566, 22216596, 22238033 None were responsive.

My few questions is .
It has been more than 6 months till now PF transfer has not happen from my ex-company Oracle India Pvt ltd to my current company Wipro Technologies.Request you to do the needful as it is pending from long time.
Waiting to Hear from some one soon.

I have purchased one Wipro Smartlite Classic from "Triveni Department Store, Neyyattinkara, Trivandrum, Kerala." The problem is that its not working in my house or any other houses in our locality(We just tested to confirm it). The interesting fact is that the problem is only to this particular piece and we have other pieces working fine here. So I tried a replacement for this piece with "Triveni Department Store." They checked and its working and so they are not ready for replacement, but its not working in my home/locality. I dont know what the problem might be. I searched in google to contact Wipro Smarlite Customer care, but cant find anything to contact them. Please advice.

I sent the PF withdrawal form (along with Form 10C/19/NSSN) Duly filled & attested by my previous company (Wipro Spectramind-Pune) by registered post-Acknowledgement due on 03rd November, 2008. (Reg AD# 6182), but have not received the acknowledgement till now nor heard from PF office till date.

Hi I buy a wipro System 2.0 pc from Nehru place Delhi. The purchase data is[protected]. After 2 month it giving mouse and Cmos Battery problem. I contact with my dealer from where I buy this system. He told me that bring your pc at our place then we will provide you service. But at the time of buying this system he told me that it have 1 year onsite and 2 year offsite warranty. I also speak with Mr Yogesh, Anil your customer care executive at[protected]. After buying this pc now I m felling that I waste my time and money because of my dealer attitude. Now I m felling he cheat me because now as per my discussion with Mr Yogesh, he told me your system is on SOW it is not VOW. I think a new buyer don’t know what is SOW or VOW and how he can ask with dealer about sow or vow. Please help me out in this matter.
