[Resolved] WLC College India — Service Tax 10.30% | |||
This is absolutly wrong what college is doing...as they are asking service tax on that amount which have already paid inDec'09 and now they are telling to pay the service tax which has been ruled out by Indian government in Feb'10 onwards...So can you please guide us that if once the amount is already paid and we have receipt of the same that to dated before Feb'10 so does that amount also comes under the rule of service tax which is applicable from Feb'10...and this is not which college is doing first time It has happened many times...As being student of this college many o[censored]s has suufered a lot in both financial and education matters...Please do some thing... This has been posted by the user with the specific intention of maligning the good name of the college - also it contains several statements that amount to character assignation, slander and defamation.
This individual is neither a dissatisfied customer nor a genuine person - he is carrying out a calculated campaign against the college on various forums, we believe he may be paid to do this by someone.
We have already filed a police complaint and have lodged a criminal case against this individual - since we are not able to trace his whereabouts the authorities are unable to arrest him.
The cyber crime department of the Delhi police is seized of this case is trying to trace this person.
We are proceeding along all legal channels to bring him to justice.
Would request you to immediately remove these comments with intimation to us

yaar aisa toh kuch nahi hai...mein bhi student hun & i hav submitted all my PDC 's at wlc college mujhe toh aisi koi dikat nahi hai...mere seniors & mere class ke bacho ko bhi nahi hai...u must not hav understood d process jaydeep...khamka wlc college ka naam kharab kar rahe ho...
ok, just for the record, let me tell you, wlc is the worst institution to ever come up in india. i am a studient of wlc 2009-11 batch unfortunately.. they promise you alot but deliver nothing. their syllabus is so outdated and the teaching pedagody is ridiculous.. i opted for a specilisation in finance and guess what they have no faculty for it. our batch was told to attedn online classes for it. conducted by some faculty who had absolutely no knowledge of the subject.. common, for the exorbitant fees of rs580000 that they charge, i expect to get some returns out of my investment. its a total waste of time money and intelect if anyone enroles for programs in wlc indian..
