WNS Global Services Private Limited — Provident Fund Not Received

I Mr. JAVED MAHEBOOB KHAN, Emp Id : 106418, had joined WNS as on 18.06.2006 and left my job on 06.05.2008. I request you to provide me the details of Provident fund. My PF No: MH/THA/43037/020318. The contact nos provided to me of the Thane office also are of no use. No one pick ups the phone. The P.R.O does not receive the call.
Its almost 7 months

My PF nos is MH/THA/43037/022085. My last working day is 21.01.2008. Please let me know the status of my PF as it has been almost one year.

I have a similar ongoing problem My PF #MH/THA/43037/52017...Its been 11 Months now and the claim is not yet submitted, they generated a ticket for my complain, when i emailed them on this email id hr.[protected]@wns.com, the ticket #[protected] and gave the resolution after some hours saying that

Ridiculous...I am now fed up after a Year long email and phone Conversation and the treatment they give there ex-employees. If some body can help please help because this is intolerable

Hi People,

As per my conversation with an HR, I was advised that PF a/c number starting in the series- MH/THA/43037 have not been set up yet. There seems to a dispute between EPFO & WNS. Till that time no PF will be processed. However on the EPFO website it does show account balance, so someone is lying. I have already initiated a procedure with EPFO to understand the status of the employers account. Moreover there have been cases in WNS Gurgaon where people have complained about discrepancy in the amount especially when it comes to "Employers Contribution" which not necessarily is the same amount that you have deposited. Please check with them.

I had submitted my PF Claim ( Membership No. MH/THA/43037/92050) in SEPTEMBER/JANUARY 2015 through my previous employer WNS Global Services, wickfield, Pune. Its been almost 4 months & I have not received my claim yet. I have been following up the Previous employer and PF agent but they have not been giving me any reply. I'm in need of that money but ( But one problem sir / madum. I was giving my a account no for PF.. This account automatically closed in month of march so please tell me know what should i Do . Means I will bee resubmitted my PF form in wns office Ya direct submitted in PF ... Office please sir / madum.. Give me a solution. )
I worked hard for that money and I have paid from my salary. Request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
