[Resolved]  WNS Global Services — Without any notice was asked to leave the office

I emailed a document to myself for my college project, without being unknown about the fact the its not allowed as i never had my training for all this. On that day itself my mail was blocked and a meeting was held with HR and manager of the team. Clearing the fact that it was solely for my project and i was unaware of the fact that it is not allowed to mail on personal email ids. I was never supported from my team leader and has always faced disrespect from her side. They always treated us like machine and mental harassment was very normal thing in that team and its full of politics. My purpose was just my project and when i can read and write, the same i can do at my home, clearing the fact that i am not at that level where i will steal data of the company, the matter was settled as there was no revert from them on the day itself. After almost 25 days i.e. on 3 June 2015 they held a meeting again saying that you are terminated but its better you resign, being quite i accepted and was asked to leave within an hour. When I asked for at least something in written that i was an employee of WNS as i have served here for 4 months, i was asked to wait outside. After waiting for 2 hours the HR asked me to leave saying that your contract is with team Lease and all the exit formalities will be done by them and i will get a call. I was asked to leave without any notice and without any resignation. For two days o waited for the call and there was no response. Finally i contacted them again and was asked to call team lease people. Today its 9 June 2015 more than a week, and they are saying we cannot provide you with anything. They called me to their office and asked me to request the HR and the manager to process the certificate, after waiting for 4 hours no one came to meet me although they were aware of the fact that i am waiting outside for last 4 hours. Making wait everyone is like ritual there. Today after serving 4 months i have nothing in my hand and no action is being taken as the written thing is very important for my further career. I have been going through very rough phase of my life as i had never faced this kind of disrespect from WNS. I hope an action would be taken as soon as possible.
